Can we consume alcohol on the bus?
Yes, alcohol can be consumed on the vehicle, but alcohol must stay on the vehicle if opened.
Can we bring food on the bus?
Yes, food is allowed on the vehicle, but we prefer that you bring neat food (cheese and crackers).
Are we allowed to bring our own coolers?
Yes, there is plenty of room for you to bring your own cooler.
Can we play our own music?
Yes, there is an AUX cord that you can play your own music through!
When is payment due?
Full payment is due before anyone gets on the bus. You can pay online with a credit card or in person with a check.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A 1/2 down Non-Refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposits are required to hold your date. Once your date is held, other tours will be turned away for that day.
What if we want to extend our tour what is the additional charge?
The additional charge is the hourly rate of the vehicle and can be paid to the driver at the end of the tour.
Can I reserve your service for out of town trips?
This will be handled on a request by request basis.
When does the time of service start and end?
The time of service starts when we pick you up at your locations and ends when we drop you off.
Are there any other fees?
Yes, each winery has a fee for wine tasting (approx $4-$8 per winery per person).
Is there a mandatory gratuity?
No, but we do recommend 20%, as we are confident that our driver will make the experience unforgettable.
